Quality control is a vital component of our transcription
process.The Diplomat™ software allows on-screen plots
of the data to be produced for real-time QC. Logs of actual
data transcribed are automatically compared with run lists
produced from existing databases and paper data,and any anomalies
are reported for investigation by our experienced QC staff.All
QC checks are saved in digital form to CD as a permanent record
for DPTS and our clients.
The Diplomat™ Transcription software automatically
generates Index Files of data transcribed for easy upload
into databases and Databanks.Facilities are also available
for encapsulating and de-encapsulating RODE format data
