Tape Copy & Reformat
DPTS can reformat data from and to a wide range of formats.
All DPTS media transcription is performed using the renowned Diplomat™ Transcription software.
If you need to copy data in any format and onto virtually any media, trust DPTS to help. When copying from one media to another we can produce an exact bit-to-bit copy of the data, with no knowledge of the input data format required. However, if the format is known, we can do an ‘intelligent’ copy to correct any format errors. During the copying process, data can be edited by selecting specific file ranges, and/or concatenated by copying many inputs on to a single output.
Quality control is a vital component of our transcription process.
The DiplomatTM software allows on-screen plots of the data to be produced for real-time QC. Logs of actual data transcribed are automatically compared with run lists produced from existing databases and paper data, and any anomalies are reported for investigation by our experienced QC staff. All QC checks are saved in digital form to CD or DVD as a permanent record for DPTS and our clients.
