The management of DPTS are pleased to
announce that they have acquired DPTS from Lason International Inc. All of the existing management team have
participated in the purchase and will be continuing in their current
roles. The team will be led by Alan
Jepson, Managing Director, and Tony Miller, Production Director.
Alan Jepson stated “we are very pleased to
become the owners as well as the managers of DPTS at an exciting and successful
time in the Company’s history. We have
funding available for investment in the Company to enable us to continue to
develop our highly successful data management software and services. We look forward to maintaining the same high
quality service that we provide to all our customers”.
With a staff of over 30 personnel in its head
office in Kent, UK, DPTS supply software and systems and provide services for
media remastering, databank preparation and loading, scanning and vectorising,
storage and other data management services.
