Data Bank Preparation & Loading Once remastered in accepted industry standard formats to new media, data can be made more accessible to users by loading to a Data Bank. DPTS have vast experience in both remastering media and preparing data formats to conform to Data Bank standards. Our Diplomat Transcription software has been written specifically with Data Bank population in mind. Existing client databases can be imported into Diplomat MultiStore which, together with database analysis tools developed by DPTS, are used to sort the database into a logical order for remastering and generate production run lists.   Diplomat Copy and Diplomat Demux automatically extract index information from tape headers during transcription which are used for registering data into Data Banks.
