Colin has over 15 years experience in the IT industry, including 5 years in database research and lecturing at a leading UK University. During this time he produced publications for major database journals and conferences. Commercial roles include the provision of database consultancy to many blue-chip organisations, supplying strategy and supporting infrastructure to provide total solutions to their information resource management requirements.
Colin joined DPTS in 1994 and he has actively participated in the derivation of document management, workflow and database solutions to the oil and gas exploration industry. This has involved seismic and well log database service projects for many major oil companies. He is also responsible for the development and maintenance of the Diplomat MultiStore data storage and management software.
He is a member of IEEE and British Computer Society.
