This project was performed with DPTS working in association with Landmark Graphics. It involved analysing various databases, identifying and sorting tapes by survey, and eliminating duplicate tapes.

A total of 219,000 tapes and cartridges were then transcribed to 3590 cartridges, with a backup security copy also produced. Index files were created and registered into Petrobank.
Observers logs and other associated paper data were scanned during the archive project.
